During both weeks, you can dive, receive training, and earn certifications in both recreational and technical diving at any level, from absolute beginner to hypoxic trimix.

Hotel¶
We will stay at Planet Oasis Hotel in Dahab, Egypt. It is a nice 3-star hotel located close to the beach and the dive center. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a bar. The hotel is also close to many local attractions, such as the Blue Hole, the Canyon, and the Lighthouse Reef.

Cost¶
Total cost is around 1000 EUR per week. Plane tickets are not included in the price.

This is a trip retainer, not a final offer legally speaking.
The final price might differ. This is a cost estimation based on our previous trips to Dahab. Note that some prices might differ. Currently, there is an exceptional exchange rate for EUR to EGP (Egyptian currency). Please be aware that the final cost might differ depending on airplane ticket cost, food, SIM card, insurance, etc. And therefore, you might be asked to pay some more. We do not anticipate that, and we do not want that, but this is absolutely beyond our control.
Only partial returns are possible. If we buy a plane ticket for you or reserve a hotel in your name, we will not be able to refund those costs to you!
Plane tickets¶
You can arrange plane tickets to Sharm El-Sheikh (SSH) airport on your own or fly with us from KTW (Katowice, Poland). If you choose to fly with us, we will take care of organizing your plane tickets.
Regardless of the option you choose, we can handle the airport-hotel transfer. The price for this service is around 20 EUR and was already mentioned in the table above.
Plane tickets from Katowice cost (prices and availability are subject to change):
- 1900 PLN for one week
- 2100 PLN for two weeks
Note that the airplane tickets constitute half of the price. If you stay for two or three weeks, the price will not increase that much. Also, you can receive equipment rental and diving package discounts for longer stays.

Instructor¶
Matt is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and Hypoxic Trimix Technical Diver Instructor. He was awarded the PADI Elite Instructor Award in 2022 and received the PADI certificate of excellence for outstanding customer service and professionalism in September 2022. Matt is the lead instructor for EVA105 (Fundamentals of Underwater Analog EVA), EVA106 (Engineering for Underwater Environments) and the "Scientific Diver Course" for the International Institute for Astronautical Sciences (formerly known as Project PoSSUM). He is currently involved in the development, neutral buoyancy, and parabolic flight tests of the Advanced Crew Medical Restraint System for commercial astronaut ACLS and CPR procedures. Matt is also a First/Secondary Adult and Child Care Emergency First Responder instructor.
